Terms of Trading
Payment is required in full at time of delivery unless other arrangements are made which could be account customer, lease finance.

Prices
All prices and specifications may be subject to change without prior notice.

Defective Merchandise
Authorisation must be obtained from MWE prior to the return. Transportation charges must be paid by the shipper. If products are deemed to be defective after inspection a replacement or credit will be issued.

Product Guarantee
No claims recognised after 14 days. All MWE products are warranted to be free from defect in workmanship and materials. There is no other warranty expressed or implied. The product must have been used for its recommended purpose and not modified by sharpening or any other changes . normal wear and tear not covered . Any product returned after a period of 7 days from date of purchase are subject to a restocking less 15% of net invoice value.

Guidlines

• A warranty claim shall be limited to repair or part replacement as stated by the manufacturers warranty and in no event shall MWE be liable for any other direct ,indirect ,incidental or consequential damages costs or expenses
• MWE assumes no liability for defects or damages caused by abuse or misuse of any product .the product must be used for its recommended purpose
